Year in Review 2022-2023 President Carlton C. Cowell

With a mixture of pride and gratitude, I stand before you today to reflect on the past year as president of the Rotary Club of St Andrew North. It has been a year of growth, engagement, and impact, and I am honored to have had the opportunity to serve alongside this board. Together we have achieved a great deal in the last twelve months. We have continued to support our communities through various projects. As I look back on the past year, I am humbled by the dedication and commitment of our members. Each of you has played a vital role in our success, and I am grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside you. Together, we have positively impacted our community, and I am confident that the legacy of our work will continue to inspire and benefit others for years to come.
